It eventually did wear off, so I can assure you that there IS light at the end of the tunnel. I don't remember how long it took -- just open your windows if weather permits, and cook all your favorite foods to fight back with smells you love.

Although, two weeks does seem like a long time. I didn't have the SS of carpet cleaners attack any of my upholstered furniture, just the carpeting, and I had special padding installed with my carpet that is impenetrable by water. My concern for you is that they probably got their Eau de Day Care stink all the way into the cushions of your sofa. If the smell is still bothering you after a month or so, you might want to look into the cost of replacement cushion inserts.Rebecca Gracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14801489818836195754noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3816121512164080677.post-34032188784192380902012-06-10T19:31:38.640-04:002012-06-10T19:31:38.640-04:00So what happened with the baby powder smell? I would drag anyone and everyone attached to me across the street to get to Bono, naked or not.

And I'm telling you, a bad day can never be a bad day with just one or two little bits of awfulness. My bad days are all big black clouds of constant.

I just had my carpets cleaned and I have wool ones downstairs. I didn't have any of that funk smell. In fact, it was a very light orange smell I found to be not overpowering, just quite pleasant. Although...after a year of two puppies and their house training accidents, most of the stains did come back after a few weeks. this weekend is all about buying new area rugs since we're FINALLY out of accident stage.

Thanks for the Bono love!Joann Mannixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11163491824085428085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3816121512164080677.post-30379482112246907782011-07-17T14:11:45.395-04:002011-07-17T14:11:45.395-04:00Oh Jeez!!!!!!I think your neighbor had a wake up c...Oh Jeez!!!!!!I think your neighbor had a wake up call, this dog teasing is not a good idea....
